Looking back on 2021, it is not easy.It is the road of deepening reform with Huanyu people's hard work. In the past year, our steps are sonorous and pioneering. We stride forward in leading the responsibility of the industry and the mission of self-development, striving to be a specialized, high-end and innovation-driven industry demonstration enterprise.

The wind is strong and the tide is surging.

Work hard and move forward

The industrialization of high-speed sliding bearing products (turbo machinery and gearbox industry ) is progressing rapidly.

One   High-speed bearing localization progress:

We have completed the localization, reverse and forward, manufacturing and installation of sliding bearings of a number of imported mainstream brands of compressors, gear boxes, pumps and other models. Some equipment has passed 7500 hours of full power operation verification.

Two   Sliding bearing project overview in gas turbine industry:

1. The AGT-110 heavy-duty gas turbine of Aero Engine Corporation of  China , which is supported by our company, has completed the test run and has been transported to the Shenzhen demonstration project site and completed the final assembly.

2, XX Company GE gas turbine LM2500 (30MW) power turbine fore and rear fulcrum bearings full size and material composition performance reverse engineering and maintenance project has been started.

Three  Sliding bearing supporting in high-speed gear box industry overview:

The tilting pad shaft diameter range isφ40~φ180mm. The fixed shaft diameter range isφ60~φ340mm with the highest linear speed 110m/s and the highest design specific pressure 3.9MPa; Complete the multistage transmission high-speed gear box sliding bearing installation test.

Four  Sliding bearing supporting and application overview in gas turbine and compressor industry:

Power range is 200KW~50MW.Speed range is 1500~15500rpm and shaft diameter is range φ80~φ280mm.

We are the first choice manufacturer of the domestic 10,000 tons kiln complete sets of supporting roller bearing. Our performance is far ahead of the peer.

The joint development project of our company and Central Research Institute of Shanghai Electric - Pyrolytic rotary kiln rotary pyrolysis reactor dynamic and static surface combined sealing unit is delivered on schedule.

About Us

Yixing Huanyu Bearing Co., Ltd. is a modern high-tech enterprise focusing on sliding bearing products and technology, and providing high-end products, application services and solutions for rotating machinery and equipment. Our company provides supporting products and services for various rotating equipment with high-quality operation requirements mainly in energy and electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, marine power and other industrial fields. We are specialized in manufacturing tilting pad sliding bearings and multilobe sliding bearings for steam turbine, gas turbine, turbocompressor, high-speed pump, marine power system, high-speed test equipment and high-speed gear box. Huanyu is the main supporting manufacturer of sliding bearings for equipment in the motor industry and hydropower industry, and also the production base of kiln and mill bearings and bearing bushes in the large-scale building materials machinery industry providing customized and serialized sliding bearing design and solutions.

Now we have three manufacturing bases and a technology R&D center. There are180 employees, including 125 of a variety of professionals and more than 30 engineers. Our company covers an area of 50,000 square meters including plant construction area of 30,000 square meters with all kinds of processing equipment more than 170 sets. After considerable development and accumulation,We take the R&D and design of sliding bearing as the core technology and the bearing as the core product and formulate the product line planning around kiln and mill bearing, motor bearing and high-speed rotating machinery sliding bearing. We have been persistently promoting independent innovation and have formed a distinct characteristic industrial advantage. A number of achievements have reached the domestic leading level. We have become the core supplier of the domestic sliding bearing industry and professional manufacturer of domestically produced imported high-speed sliding bearing.We have passed the "ISO9001 international certificate"and won the "high-tech enterprise", "high-tech products", "Jiangsu Province star enterprise", "Advanced unit of industry-university-research cooperation" and many other honors.We led and mainly participated in the formulation of seven sliding bearing industry and national standards. We applied for more than 60 kinds of intellectual property rights such as authorized patents and software copyrights and undertook more than 20 key projects of large central enterprises and state-owned enterprises. Our company established a joint research and development center for sliding bearing materials with Southeast University, and vigorously promoted the research and development and industrialization of high-performance sliding bearing products with the support of new bearing materials and high-performance bearing materials forming process.In 2019, we are listed as one of the key construction projects in Yixing.
